In 2017, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines as a spin-off company of FGU Builders, Inc.
In 2018, the company transferred to its newly constructed office in Marikina City, Philippines.
In 2019, the company was recognized by the Board of Investments (BOI) of the Philippines as a licensed Business Process Outsourcing, BPO-Engineering company.
Presently, the company is serving the requirements of major reinforcing steel company in Australia, such as InfraBuild Reinforcing, Australian Reinforcing Company, Wire Industries, etc.
