Our Management Team

 As President & CEO, Frank is involved in setting corporate policy and direction strategic planning, business development, and marketing. Frank has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry having worked in the Middle East and now owned a classified general construction company in the Philippines. 

Nestor oversees day-to-day operations in the Philippine office and is involved with corporate compliance and administration. He also assists with corporate strategic planning and product and service design. Prior to joining the company, Nestor has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the oil & gas and renewable energy companies in the Philippines and in the Middle East. 

Willy has more than 40 years of experience in the structural engineering and construction industries in the Philippines, Middle East and Australia. He is responsible for the execution of all the services being rendered by the company and makes sure that all the outputs are consistent with the quality standard of the clients.
